Are you selling your French Leaseback and don’t know what to do with your furniture? Below are some quick outlines for a smoother selling process:

 

If you bought your French Leaseback with furniture –

Keep it with the property. Your buyer could possibly pay more for the asset since it has added furniture. Doing so will also make it easier to transition ownership and the moving out process.

 

If you bought your French Leaseback without furniture –

You may have to acquire some furniture to sell. Why? Because most of the French Leaseback buyers want furnished flats to benefit from the LMNP tax bracket. Buying furniture roughly costs 3 000 to 5 000 euros depending on the type of furniture and size of apartment or asset.
